Formulated with non-yellowing chemistry and high solids content (91–93%), KB-3083 ensures true color fidelity and clean, even coverage without obscuring the ink film beneath. The high-rub formulation is specifically engineered to resist the mechanical wear that matte surfaces are typically more susceptible to compared to gloss OPVs, delivering a surface that holds up through bindery operations and downstream handling.

Like other varnishes in the KB series, KB-3083 dries in approximately 1.5 hours on the Josons dry time tester, enabling fast turnaround and efficient press scheduling. Its combination of matte aesthetics, high rub resistance, and oxidative dry performance makes it an ideal product for consolidating your sheetfed overprint varnish line.
