Rilsan (polyamide) coating is the industry-preferred surface material for wash-up rollers in offset lithography. Its excellent chemical resistance to press washes and cleaning agents ensures long service life while maintaining a stable, consistent durometer. Unlike rubber-surfaced rollers, Rilsan resists swelling and degradation from repeated solvent exposure, making it a cost-effective long-term solution for press wash-up systems.
