SunClean V3-25 Anilox Roller Cleaner (Copy)

SunClean V3-25 Anilox Roller Cleaner is a state-of-the-art wash and cleaner specifically formulated to remove solvent-based, UV, and cross-linked water-based inks and coatings from anilox rollers and flexographic presses. Its advanced chemistry dissolves and lifts dried and cured inks out of anilox cell walls, restoring cell volume to like-new condition and ensuring accurate, consistent ink metering run after run.

When anilox cells become plugged with dried ink residue, ink transfer efficiency drops — leading to color inconsistencies, higher ink consumption, and reduced print quality. SunClean V3-25 addresses this directly by chemically attacking the bonded ink matrix within the cell structure, releasing it without mechanical abrasion that could damage fine cell geometries. Used as part of a regular maintenance program, V3-25 virtually eliminates the need for soda blasting, laser cleaning, or other aggressive anilox maintenance procedures — saving significant production time and maintenance costs.

V3-25 is safe for use on ceramic, chrome, and metal-tipped anilox rollers and is compatible with a wide range of press wash systems. It can be applied manually or circulated through automatic wash systems on press.
