Suncure™ EC OEM Wash

Suncure™ EC OEM Wash is a FOGRA-compliant press wash specifically approved for use on manroland and Heidelberg presses running energy curable (EC) ink systems. Formulated to meet the stringent requirements of the FOGRA press wash approval process, this wash provides effective ink removal without compromising roller surfaces, blankets, or press components in EC-equipped press configurations.

The blend of solvents in Suncure EC OEM Wash delivers excellent ink-cutting ability, breaking down cured and uncured energy curable inks quickly and thoroughly. Unlike some press washes that leave behind an oily residue that can interfere with subsequent print jobs or ink adhesion, Suncure EC OEM Wash evaporates cleanly and leaves press surfaces ready for the next run. It also provides the corrosion protection required for FOGRA approval, protecting metal components in the dampening and ink systems from oxidation and long-term wear.

EPDM-safe formulation ensures compatibility with the rubber components commonly found in manroland and Heidelberg EC press configurations, where EPDM rollers and seals are standard.

Application Directions:
Use straight (neat) — no dilution required.
Hand wash: Generously coat cloth or rag and wipe surface until clean.
Rollers: Apply directly into the roller train, allow the mixture to loosen ink, then engage the wash-up blade until all residues are removed.
